ok..now u know it...so during login, make sure u check whether u get 218 or 219 or 60 or maybe 124... for my personal experience...218 and 219 is quite faster (219 is unstable) than 60... 124 is sux..so when u get this, disconnect ur internet and login/reconnect again..
see my IP...60.54.-.-....still slow.....must try reconnect again....
