2)select the "IP" and "Port" from other country (e.g: korea,japan,US)

just install and download any file served there..
if u live-streaming (youtube,veoh,redtube?,megarotic?) u can get the cached ".flv" files maybe in "C:\Documents and Settings\'username'\Application Data\Opera\Opera\profile\cache4"...copy/rename that files if u want...
(p/s: if u can't see the cached files, open the 'cache4' folder during live streaming,...then u will see the .tmp file..copy it before it before the files auto-deleted)
btw.... ".flv" files sux!!! i hate them..
